SYLLABUS
The Warrior Project is open to both Shaolin Kung Fu and Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan practitioners from Level 2 upwards.
It is aimed at those who wish to increase their combat efficiency or are thinking of entering competitions.
Participants will learn how to apply Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan against other arts (Muay Thai, Kick-Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Grappling) and can also learn about Sanda competitions.
Experienced Warrior Project participants can bring boxing gloves (10 oz) so they can train against realistic attacks.
The training is typically taught over a weekend, lasting 8-10 hours and will be held at various locations worldwide.
Each weekend will be taught by Sifu Kai Uwe Jettkandt and will allow everyone to benefit from his wealth of experience.
Cost - 130 Euros
Please book in advance as numbers are strictly limited.
